Who Needs an Alcohol Awareness Card

Nevada Law (NRS 369) requires that any of the following persons complete their alcohol training and carry their alcohol awareness card on their person at all times:

1. Persons who sell or serve alcohol to the public.

2. Persons who work as security guards in alcohol serving establishments.
