Alcohol Awareness Course – REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the online course or no longer need your alcohol awareness card, you have 30 days to request a refund after purchase date. Simply call us at 702-475-4140 and request a refund. All we need is your name.

Refunds will only be given if you have not picked up your alcohol awareness card at the testing office.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
